PRODUCTION:

They are made of high-density water-repellent MDF, a board that is manufactured using wood fibers and synthetic resins, the objective of which is to provide a product that is extremely resistant to breakage. Specially designed for interiors where exposure to water and humidity are high.

Once the concrete shape is achieved, the completion is applied using the following techniques:

PVC COATING: 

• The processed MDF piece is covered with PVC of the desired color using the double heat-sealing system technique, ensuring that the interior will remain completely insulated and its watertightness guaranteed.

LACQUERED:

• In this process, the future seats obtain their finish through a lacquer system of several background and finishing layers. This method is used for special finishes such as metallics and other colors such as pistachio green, orange, mauve, graphite, different shades of blue, etc.

WOOD:

• A veneer of natural beech wood is made on the MDF base. Once this process is finished, the varnishing and treatment of the requested finish begins.

HARDWARE AVAILABLE, ALWAYS INCLUDED IN THE SEAT SUPPLY

STANDARD: (FIXED OR UNIVERSAL)

• FIXED HARDWARE: Used for custom models, this allows the seat to be precisely adjusted to the original toilet requested. Depending on the model we are dealing with, the appropriate hardware will be used, depending on whether it is vertical, horizontal or inclined fixing. Regarding the fixation of the hardware, a screw or expander plug will be supplied as permitted by the design of the toilet.
• UNIVERSAL HARDWARE: With this type of hardware we can adapt the seats of the Universal collection to certain toilet models. Optionally, these hardware can be supplied in Gold and Bronze finishes.

Both types of hardware (fixed and universal) are manufactured in Stainless Steel, guaranteeing the durability of the product and prolonging the perfect functioning of the seat.

SOFT HARDWARE (CUSHIONED FALL):

• This type of hardware can be mounted on most seats, as long as they are vertically fixed.
• The main characteristic of this type of hardware, as its name indicates, is the cushioned or slowed closing of the lid and seat, in addition to including a system against “forced closing” either due to carelessness or ignorance, avoiding breaks under normal conditions of use.
• It is made of cast brass or stainless steel depending on the seat model.
