The manufacturing process of these caps is as follows:

It is modeled on a base of high-density water-repellent MDF, a type of board extremely resistant to breakage and impacts designed for interiors where exposure to water and humidity are high.

Once the concrete shape is achieved, the completion is applied using the following techniques:

PVC COATING: 

• The MDF mold is covered with PVC of the requested color using a double thermo-sealing system, which ensures that the interior will remain completely insulated and watertight throughout the life of the product.

LACQUERED:

• To achieve the best finish, toilet seats are subjected to a lacquering process in which several layers are applied. This way, spectacular finishes such as pistachio green, intense red, mauve, graphite, different shades of blue, metallic finishes and many more are achieved.

WOOD:

• The MDF base is covered with natural beech wood, which is subsequently varnished and treated to achieve the desired finish.

POSIBILITY OF CHOICE OF HARDWARE:

STANDARD:

• Made of Stainless Steel, which guarantees a long life of use, they will fit perfectly to the holes of your toilet.
• Depending on the model, the most appropriate hardware is supplied taking into account the arrangement of the holes in the original toilet, whether vertical, horizontal, inclined... Likewise, the screws are also specific, taking into account that some toilets do not have rear access and we must use expander plugs (always included) to achieve adequate fixation.

CUSHIONED FALL:

• It is a drop system that ensures slow closing of both the seat and the lid. This prevents it from closing suddenly, freeing us from annoying noises or breakages due to impact.
• They are manufactured in stainless steel or brass depending on the specific model.
• This system is available for most toilets with vertical fixing, ruling out those that, due to their own characteristics, do not recommend its installation, either due to weight, shape or location of the holes.
